We find the contact details of a specific candidate that has some specific skills as per our customer requirement and contacts him/her in order to convince him/her to participate in the recruitment process. We have long-lasting relationships with our clients and in such cases the suitability of candidates is on top priority and so we operate with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. We initially identify a shortlist of qualified candidates who match our clients requirements and then we act as an intermediary to contact the individual(s) and see if they might be interested in moving to a new employer.
